A few weeks back I got approached by a PR company to test out one of their clients products- Wiley’s Finest Wild Alaskan Fish Oil. They approached me because I am a new mum and I write a blog on all things eye related. Fish oil is good for mums who are breast feeding and also good for our eye health. I just want to make it clear this isn’t a sponsored post, I am just doing this because I am curious to see if this works.  I have a tub to try out which will last me a month.

Wild Alaskan Fish Oil

Wild Alaskan Fish Oil

By the end of the month I should be able to feel the benefits and therefore be able to report back to you lovely readers. I will give you my honest opinions on what I think and half way through the month I will also give you guys a quick update on how I am getting on. I am not sure what to expect.  I know I will not be able to tell if the benefits are passed onto my baby (unless we are taken to a lab and tested), that is not going to happen by the way!  I will definitely let you all know if my eyes feel any different.

At the moment my eyes are constantly dry and I just feel pretty tired being a new mum so I am kind of hoping the wild alaskan fish oil can help with that and to generally help my eyes to feel a bit better, we will see. Stay tuned for my future blog post to see how I am getting on with them.

Oh and I have gone for the capsule option because I cannot stand the taste of fish oil on its own.  If you are not a fan of swallowing capsules then the oil form is available too.  Down the hatch!
