Tonight Battersea Power station held a glittering event….. The Spectacle Wearer of the Year Awards! Unfortunately I was not able to attend to do full coverage but looking at some of the highlights from the Specsavers website- it looked very glam and I was very glad to see people were wearing glasses with pride! I think the awards do mark an important bond between fashion and glasses.

Talking of cool glasses, I will be interviewing the owners from Orb Opticians very soon. They are based in London (the nearest tube station is Goodge Street). That optician just really caught my eye as I walked passed them, so modern, fresh and they sell some seriously cool glasses- watch this space for the interview, coming very soon 🙂
