Police Eyewear party- Street Style
During the Police Eyewear Ambassador launch of course there were many people wearing glasses- funny enough. So as a glasses lover of course I was starring at everyone like a crazy woman checking out their eyewear. At the end of the day it is on their face!
I met this lovely professional dancer and got talking about eyewear. She said without her glasses she is blind as anything and she loves glasses. The ones she was sporting that evening unfortunately was not Police (but then again I wasn’t either), she was wearing Ray-ban’s.
As I got talking to her she did give me the best quote I have ever heard about glasses. She said someone once asked her “Why do you hide behind your glasses?” and she replied “I don’t, I show them off!
Why would anyone want to hide behind their glasses, or feel there is something wrong with wearing glasses? I would say if you wear glasses then flaunt them to the world- Don’t be ashamed, be proud!
