I remember when I was in my teens (god I am making myself sound so old) there was this brand called Kangol. Everyone had Kangol clothes, stationary, bags and much more! I was certainly a proud owner of a record bag, along with a pencil case, ruler, rubber, pens, pencil and yes the list goes on and on.
So when I heard they actually do an eyewear range of course I was intrigued to find out more and to relive my teens because I have to say after a few years, I had no idea what had happened to the brand. This is the first time I have heard of them since.
So what is the eyewear range like? Well for this Spring/Summer they have launched four new styles for optical and two new styles for sunglasses. I have to say I was impressed with the sunglasses range rather than the optical range. For me personally the sunglasses are more on trend and the shapes are more fun.

However, saying that they do have one pair of optical glasses which I feel are pretty good, the shape is more angular and more on trend in fashion terms. The other styles I do feel slightly let them down just because they are a bit too safe for me. I always used to remember Kangol being a cool trendy street style brand so I guess I had high expectations from their eyewear range.

If you are not the one who want to go too crazy with your eyewear then within the Kangol range there will be something suitable for you. They do come in a range of colours such as gunmetal, black and navy blue with some having a splash of vibrant colour such as lime green and pink.
