My new favourite hobby is to look at Instagram everyday, but not actually really use it! When I log in, I always think my photos look amazing. Instagram has this ability to make all the photos look so much better. Just add a filter and the world is a prettier place.
I follow a few glasses designers on Instagram and today I came across a photo from Ritchie White over in America. The first thing I noticed about the photos was the amazing bow on the side and thought “what a great way to accessorise the frame”, then I realised it was Lil Kim who was wearing it. A face I have pretty much forgotten because she has been a bit quiet lately with the music scene
Surprise, surprise – because a celebrity has been wearing it, then of course they are sold out. I do feel a bit gutted by that, but then I had a think about this… maybe I can get creative myself and buy some bows (not as big as that) and glue it onto my own frame. I can buy a smaller bow to ensure I can see out of the lens.
