Yesterday I was at the launch of Transitions’ new partnership with EyeRespect and as well as celebrating this collaboration EyeRespect have also launched a new capsule collection, which I did mentioned in yesterdays post. The collection is called Londoner and it is focused on sunglasses styles only. The frames are of course all inspired by the capital, I feel it is a really vibrant collection, aimed at a younger market, for young professionals. The price point for the collection is very reasonable starting from around £95, it may seem expensive paying £95 for a pair of sunglasses that are not “branded” such as Ray-Ban but I promise you the quality is really good!
I would probably say the acetate used is actually better than most branded sunglasses and even some of the hinges used in the branded sunglasses may not be as good as these Londoner frames. Besides everyone probably has a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses (or some other designer brand) so why not be a bit different because surely eyewear is about showing your individuality.

EyeRespect Londoner Collection
After this weekends Isle of Wight festival I am pretty sure you will probably see quite a few celebs wearing either the EyeRespect’s main collection or the Londoner collection because they are the official sponsor for the VIP lounge! I would suggest snap them up whilst you can before they all sold out after the weekend.
My favourite from the collection are the ones right at the top. They are colourful, playful and a bit different to what you can buy from the high street. I think they will be a good seller and the patterns and colours are just perfect for the summer. At the moment the Londoner collection is solely sunglasses but if you do wish to have them in optical styles I am sure the EyeRespect team will be able to help you if you contact them. In the meantime if you fancy a new pair of sunglasses because the weather is so damn gorgeous in the UK then pop into the shop at Blue Bird where they are currently stocked so you can try before you buy!
