It has been a while since one of you lovely readers shared your eyewear style but this week we have Atticus who is a digital artist showing us his spexy style. The frame he is wearing is by Oakley and to some it may seem odd that he chose to wear an extreme sports brand as his everyday optical frame. However when I asked Atticus why… he actually gave me a very valid point which I never even knew because I have never experienced sporty frames myself.
Due to Oakley being a sports brand the way they design glasses is of course different because among other things they have to stay attached to your face. Atticus said the frames are sculpted to his face and they are so comfy to wear that he sometimes forgets he is wearing them. They are a wraparound frame which also means they allow maximum field of vision whilst protecting his eyes from dust and debris.

He has been wearing these Oakley frames for about a year now and he has had them longer than any other frame, usually he would change them every 2 months just because he could never find something that he was happy with. He tried all sorts of niche brands to high-end designer brands.
There we have it readers sports eyewear is good for everyday use! I can see why they would be more comfy to wear because they have been designed to endure all kinds of conditions and still stay on our faces. They must have been designed to feel like we are wearing nothing. Who would of thought you could turn them into everyday optical glasses because I have only ever associated Oakley with sunglasses and for people who love sports.
