I am now on my final few days in Hong Kong then it’s UK bound again. I am already feeling a little sad but I will not miss the humid climate! I will however miss the heat from the sun. For the past few days all I have been doing is shopping because Hong Kong is great for that and my mum seems to call every night asking me to buy something so the “to buy” list keeps getting bigger.
Today was no different, my husband was after some PS4 games because the exchange rate is not bad so he will get the games much cheaper compared to the UK. As we were walking around the shopping arcade FULL of games and game consoles all of a sudden… There was a very cool eyewear boutique!
I of course had to go in and check it out, I spoke to the owner of the shop too. The shop is called CubicShop based in Wan Chai inside a shopping centre called 188 (go and check it out of you are in Hong Kong) the shop is very focused on selling Japanese brands and have some damn cool frames!
As well as stocking cool Japanese frames the owner also design his own range Truth & Reality which are funky yet extremely affordable at $500HKD (around £40!!!) per frame and the quality isn’t too bad either! Much better than almost all UK high street brands I would say. This is just a quick preview of the shop because I am still on holiday and have been busy helping my friend with her wedding! Eeeeeeeek so exciting!
