Where has the time gone? MyGlassesAndMe has reached 3 years old today! I still remember the reason I started the blog. I wanted to bridge the gap between fashion and eyewear because mainstream fashion magazines are never that focused on eyewear (apart from sunglasses) and us specs wearers enjoy fashion too. Our glasses are a fashionable accessory, instead of the “frumpy” tag which usually comes with the whole glasses wearing thing.
3 Years on, the blog still of course focuses on eyewear and fashion but it has become a blog that talks about all things eyewear related, things that matters to us specs wearers and covers things that only us specs wearers would understand and experience. The blog grew into a quarterly print magazine which is a fashion magazine aimed at specs wearers because I know myself, just because I wear glasses it doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate fashion & trends.
So for MGAM’s 3rd birthday we have teamed up with Specsavers, Simple Skin Care and HDbrows to give one of you lucky readers an amazing prize! A pair limited edition Osiris Sunglasses from Specsavers.
