Another week and another new exhibitor has joined 100% Optical 2015 show. I like to say I have a fair amount of knowledge on frames but even I have not heard of this brand so it is good to see something that even I haven’t heard! It is a learning curve for me too. Also it goes to show there really are so many eyewear brands out there and so many are clearly not in the UK yet which is a shame. Good job 100% Optical are bringing these brands to us in London.
Since I have not heard of this brand of course the first thing I did was do some research. They do have a distributor in the UK but most of their distributors are actually based in Asia so I am assuming that must mean they sell well over in Asia. All the frames are hand made in Italy with a unique serial number for warranty purposes and to prove they are the genuine article (How very posh and clever!). All the glasses are named after cities around the world and my favourites are of course Hong Kong! My home town 😉
Coppe and Sid at 100% Optical
I am personally very excited to see this brand at the show and looking forward to checking out their frames because I have never come across them before. However, I do have a good feeling about them because they are hand made in Italy and as you all know by now glasses that are made in Italy tend to be pretty good quality.
I hope the brand will enjoy their first exhibition at 100% Optical the only annual eyewear show in London. With more and more brands exhibiting and now only about 6 months away it is indeed very exciting!
