As the fashion week season is coming to an end with the last capital, Paris, closing the season I just wanted to remind you all what happened during London Fashion Week which does seem like a lifetime ago. As I mentioned before, British eyewear brand Cutler and Gross have always done different collaborations with numerous designers. For SS 2015 we once again saw a collaboration, this time between Cutler and Gross and Giles Deacon (who have previously worked together).
Giles Deacon is always wearing some very funky frames so it makes sense for him to put his focus on eyewear too with his collection. As a British designer who better to partner up with him than another well known British brand, Cutler and Gross. Giles’ collections are always about being playful and giving the wearer confidence and I think the eyewear range definitely lives up to this.

The glasses style seems to have quite a 60’s vibe, especially the colour of the lenses. The pink tinted lens adds a very feminine touch but the black frame is a very wearable colour. Love them or hate them they will be available to buy soon at Cutler and Gross. If you don’t want to miss out then keep your eyes peeled on their website. I would imagine they will be available early spring ready for the sunshine!
