100% Optical is now literally 4 weeks away and so many things are happening. The team behind the show is hard at work preparing for all the final details. Did you read my blog post from Wednesday? They have just launched a social media campaign with the charity Fight for Sight called #BLINKWINKTHINK to find out how you can help the charity and do something fun simply read Wednesdays post. As we are getting closer and closer to the show, spaces for exhibitors are running out. Some have signed up and joined before Christmas and I was quite excited by this brand KOALI because they brand is focused on female frames and the colours are stunning.
Like me if you love colourful frames and something a bit quirky with a touch of femininity then you will love this brand KOALI. All the frames are designed with femininity in mind and are all inspired by nature with unusual colour combinations and the use of materials.

I think with eyewear it is actually rather unusual to see a brand to just focused on one gender. Normally they are unisex or cater for both sexes so the size of the collection will be smaller and less to choose from. In a way it is actually quite good to have a brand that is just focused on one sex. The collection will be larger and the shapes will be more focused because men and women do have different facial structures. With fashion you will never see a unisex range so why do that with optical glasses? It is actually quite rare for an optical brand to have a range focused on females alone. In fact I find with optical brands they are more likely to do a male focused range because the gents seem to be more open to the idea of glasses so I am excited to see this brand at the show.
So many brands to see with even more exhibitors this year so it will be a busy 3 days for me at the show. I hope the bump will be ready for 3 action packed days.
