I am sure breast cancer needs no explaining as to what it is. Fortunately, no one close to me suffered from this nasty C word, but as a woman, I do care about this issue. Especially now I am a mum, what if that happened to me? How will my daughter cope without her mum, so it really hit a nerve with me and I have done race for life in the past.
In October 2017 and for the third year in a row GUESS Eyewear has partnered with The Get In Touch Foundation which is a none for profit organisation committed to raising awareness of breast cancer. They help to educate people of all ages by showing them how to “get in touch” with their bodies and provide information. So, it is a good organisation to support.
So, for the third time running, GUESS Eyewear has launched a capsule collection of eyewear which consists of optical and sunglasses style. Both contain the iconic metal pink ribbon with glitter on each temple tip to commemorate the fight against breast cancer. The glasses case has also been specially designed, they will come in a special pink case, then packaged in a pink gift box.
Marcolin is the design and manufacturing partner of GUESS Eyewear and they will be making a donation to The Get in Touch Foundation from the frame sale. This capsule collection will be launched in October 2017, optical and sun style are both £110 each and to find out how you can show your support by purchasing a pair, visit the GUESS website for more information.
