Back in January 2018 when I was 33 weeks pregnant, I did my first ever shoot for The Eyewear Forum (TEF) around London. It was a fun and freezing experience. Ha! It was SOOOOOO cold! Anyway, now, 10 months later. I am preparing for my second TEF shoot. This time it will be in a much warmer climate, Hong Kong, my home city and I cannot wait!
I am actually holidaying in Hong Kong and visiting my family and I thought, why not do the shoot in Hong Kong. Let’s bring a bit of TEF to Asia. So, how does the shoot work? Any independent eyewear brands are welcome to send in their frames for the shoot. The glasses get sent to me, I model them and once the shoot is done, I will send them back to you (unless other instructions are given).
The photos will then be published in the TEF online magazine, Facebook channel and Instagram which attracts over 107,000 followers that include opticians, buyers, journalists and other optical professionals. It will also be promoted via the MGAM channels. The brands can also use the photos from the shoot as you wish. So you can include them in your marketing, website or print materials, anywhere you like.
This shoot is a great way to show off any Asian fit or funky frames that go well with the buzzing landscape of Hong Kong. Of course, this will work really well for any Asian brands who wish to promote their frames in Europe. TEF is the biggest online B2B community for the optical industry in Europe.
If you are interested to find out more then get in touch with myself, TEF or comment below. Fees do apply but do not fret, it is very affordable. Nothing ridiculous. TEF is not charging silly prices as they are here to support the independent brands. They understand not all brands have large budgets.
The clock is ticking so if you are interested, sign up now!
