The Loft Eyewear show has teamed up with TEF (The Eyewear Forum) for the second year running to celebrate independent eyewear. The Loft show takes place at the same time as Vision Expo in New York so if you are over there, then go and check out the show.

What are the LoftxTEF Awards?

Both Loft and TEF are known in the industry for supporting independent brands and this award is dedicated to that cause. They have joined forces for the second time running and will bring you the “Awards for Excellence in Eyewear Design”; the LOFTxTEF Awards!

Divided into four categories, exhibitors of the LOFT venue in NYC have sent in over a hundred submissions of great eyewear design. After going through these submissions, the grand jury nominated 8 frames for each of the 4 categories. 17,500 eye care professionals of the Facebook groups LEF and TEF will bring down the 32 nominated frames to 16 finalists via online voting polls.
